Honey & Orange Poppy
Seed Dressing
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons champagne vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teasponn poppy seeds
Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender;
process until blended. Add poppy seeds; pulse
once. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: About
1 Cup. Serve over baby greens or baby spinach.
